Treatment
Modalities

Therapeutic work draws from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also integrating principles from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other modalities. In addition, holistic therapies are incorporated to honor the emotional, physical, and spiritual layers of healing.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS helps you explore the different parts within you - especially those carrying pain, fear, or protection. Instead of trying to fix or silence them, we meet them with curiosity and compassion, allowing for deep inner harmony and healing.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By bringing awareness to unhelpful patterns - like overthinking, self-doubt, or people-pleasing - you’ll learn how to shift your mindset and respond to life with more clarity and confidence. It’s practical, empowering, and deeply effective for creating lasting change.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) focuses on building skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthy relationships. It’s especially helpful for managing intense emotions, reducing impulsive behaviors, and improving communication. DBT teaches practical tools that can be used in daily life, supporting greater balance, resilience, and emotional well-being.

Solution-Focused Therapy
Change doesn’t always require revisiting the past. Sometimes, it’s about recognizing what’s already working and building from there. This future-oriented approach empowers you to discover what’s possible—starting now.

Humanistic & Integrative Therapy
You are the expert of your own life. With a foundation in humanistic psychology, our work honors your capacity for growth, choice, and meaning-making. We draw from diverse evidence-based approaches, tailoring your healing journey to support all parts of who you are - mind, body, and soul.

Trauma-Focused Interventions
When past experiences are still living in the body or shaping your relationships, trauma-informed therapy helps you gently process and release them. You’ll learn to reclaim safety, restore your inner authority, and relate to the world from a place of empowerment.
